The Discovery Years Institute of Education Private School is a fast-growing established private primary school and early childhood development facility in the Phoenix, Longcroft area offering a distinctive progressive approach to education, one child at a time.
We provide a fun-filled safe, secure, loving, and inspiring space for your child to learn, grow and make new friends.
Discovery Years was founded in 2022 and has enjoyed continual growth through the firm implementation of our values and most importantly delivering the highest standards of education, one child at a time.
We understand that each child is unique, learns in different ways and has the potential for greatness. Within our structured school day and through non-structured experiences, we strive to create a welcoming learning environment and explore every opportunity to identify and nurture the talents and abilities of each child to ensure that each part of the day is an educational experience. It is our belief that children learn best in an environment where they feel comfortable and secure.
Mrs Nerisha Anand, Principal and Founder instils and maintains these consistencies across all levels and facilities at the school and as such we pride ourselves on a reputation where our parents evidently observe positive developments in their children from both an educational and social perspective, one child at a time(to provide pic insert for Principal).

Our Key Features
At our School, we believe that the key to self-development and personal growth includes
being creative and using one’s imagination, exploring and discovering, problem-solving, taking decisions and making choices, experiencing situations that have meaning, working together in a team environment (with learners and teachers), developing fine and gross motor skills, learning self-care skills and achieving independence.

We regard our parents as the most important key role-player and stakeholder in our school’s educational programme. Parents are always encouraged to be involved in their child’s early development stages. Learning from a school going age involves a partnership between both staff and parents. A parents’ consistent involvement and showing keen interest in their child’s school and homework increases confidence and desire by learners in schoolwork.
